Refunds and Cancellations

At SuperVital Nutrition, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality health supplements. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to cancel an order, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer support at 8822288814

  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund (see the Refund Policy below).

  • If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

  2. Incorrect Product Delivered: If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Unopened & Unused Products: Returns are only accepted for unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products purchased during promotions or clearance sales

  • Items returned beyond the 7-day window

Return Process:

  1. Email us at supervitalnutrition@gmail.com with your order number, product images, and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

  4. Upon receiving the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or payment provider.
